精氨酸ARGININE

Names: Arginine hydrochloride, L-arginineIS L-ARGININE?

The amino acid L-arginine is considered the most potent Nutraceutical ever discovered,

due to its powerful healing properties, and is referred to by scientists as the Miracle Molecule.

The remarkable properties of L-arginine were validated by the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine, and since then have created a frenzy of interest in the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical fields.

Medical researchers have gathered enough clinical evidence to bring L-arginine to the forefront

of modern medicine as an accepted treatment for a variety of human ailments. The L-arginine

phenomen is changing standard treatment methodologies in heart disease, immune function,

adiposity-generated diseases, genetic growth deficiencies, high blood pressure, sexual

disfunction, and human aging.

 BENEFITS & FUNCTIONS
The efficacy of L-arginine as a therapeutic agent has been validated by thousands of clinical studies.
The benefits and functions attributed to oral ingestion of L-arginine include:
• Precursor for the synthesis of Nitric Oxide (NO)
• Stimulation of the release of the most important anti-aging hormone in the body, growth hormone.
• Improves immune function
• Reduces healing time of injuries (particularly bone)
• Reduces risk of heart disease
• Natural Alternative to Viagra
• Increases muscle mass
• Reduces adipose tissue body fat
• Helps improve insulin sensitivity
• Helps decrease blood pressure
• Alleviates male infertility, improving sperm production and motility

Sources

The nut, the rice bean, the chocolate, the unpolished rice, the oatmeal,

the sunflower seed, the sesame seed, the entire wheat bread, all contains

the rich protein food Under normal conditions, the body gets enough

arginine from food sources or makes it from other widely available nutrients.

Dosage
A typical dosage of arginine is 2 to 3 g of arginine per day.

In clinical trials, it is used in dosages of 5 to 15 g for congestive heart failure.

The L- arginine possibly strengthens the immunity function,

eveneffectively treats certain cancers

Natural cures the master to recommend the L- arginine to have the problem for the

function the male, in particular these erections not long person. The L- arginine

may promote the blood to flow to the

penis, then causes it to be stronger. But the effect is short, therefore if uses its enhancement

performance, must in front of the sexual intercourse the minute takes. Each people all

thought by no means it is effective, but declared the L- arginine effect mysterious

masculine quantity are many makes us not to dare to neglect it. Many research even

pointed out that, the L- arginine may increase the spermatozoon number, therefore

possibly brings treats the masculine sterility.

The L- arginine most becomes famous place the stimulin manufacture; But the growth

hormone cancellation eliminates the fat, molds the muscle extremely to be of help,

therefore the healthy body often use she L- arginine to grow the muscle and gets rid .

In addition, the L- arginine also has the important medical use, for example, after

the hospital is commonly used the patient as well as the serious burn patient's wound

which it helps the surgery recovers.

Figure 1 Metabolic fates of arginine in mammalian cells

The five enzymes on which the central limbs of the pathways are based include (clockwise from the top): nitric oxide synthase (NOS), arginine:glycine amidinotransferase, arginase, arginine decarboxylase and arginyl-tRNA synthetase.

Figure 2 Pathways of arginine synthesis

Enzymes that catalyse the indicated reactions are: 1, phosphate-dependent glutaminase

(EC 3.5.1.2); 2 and 3, P5C synthetase (EC number not assigned); 5, ornithine aminotransferase

(OAT; EC 2.6.1.13); 6, ornithine carbamoyltransferase (OCT; EC 2.1.3.3); 7

, argininosuccinate synthase (ASS; EC 6.3.4.5); 8, argininosuccinate lyase

 (ASL; EC 4.3.2.1); 9, N-acetylglutamate synthase (EC 2.3.1.1); 10,

 carbamoyl-phosphate synthase I (ammonia) (CPS I; EC 6.3.4.16); 11,

proline oxidase (EC number not assigned); 12, aspartate aminotransferase

(EC 2.6.1.1). Step 4 is a spontaneous, non-enzymic reaction.

Glutamyl-g-semialdehyde is in chemical equilibrium with P5C. The chemical equilibrium

favours P5C formation [21,22]. P5C synthetase is a bifunctional polypeptide that exhibits

both g-glutamyl kinase (glutamate 5-kinase; EC 2.7.2.11) and g-glutamylphosphate reductase

 (glutamate-5-semialdehyde dehydrogenase; EC 1.2.1.41) activities

(reactions 2 and 3 respectively) [41]. Reactions 1–6 and 9–11 occur in mitochondria,

reactions 7 and 8 take place in the cytosol, and reaction 12 can occur in

both mitochondria and the cytosol. Abbreviations: OAA, oxaloacetate;

CP, carbamoyl phosphate.

Figure 6 Developmental changes in arginine catabolism by pig enterocytes

Enterocytes were isolated from the jejenum of pigs at various times after birth (day 0) and incubated in Krebs Bicarbonate buffer containing 5 mM D-glucose and 2 mM arginine. Pigs were weaned at day 21. Data are from Table 3 of Wu [217].

Virtually all flux of plasma citrulline is associated with endogenous synthesis of arginine in adult humans [62] and rats , but apparently not in adult dogs . Endogenous synthesis of arginine from citrulline is not responsive to reduced dietary intake of arginine in adult rats  or humans .

IN HEALTHY

Arginine has several important functions. It is essential to the metabolism of ammonia that is generated from protein breakdown. It is also needed to transport the nitrogen used in muscle metabolism.
Arginine is one of the body-building amino acids and also influences several hormone functions. L-arginine has been shown to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and secrete human growth hormone in young males, at a dose of more than 3 grams daily.

IN SKIN CARE

The arginine refinement is pure naturally puts on make-up the water, drop pure, easily by flesh absorption. The anti- wrinkle, delays senilly, the promotion growth hormone secretion, enhances the immunity function, Causes the flesh health maintenance, tightly sends has the elasticity

Rough, appears the wrinkle the flesh to attain the elasticity again, reduces the wrinkle, the arginine and the skin physiology mutually cooperates, promotes the skin to be tender young slides, slows down

senilly, has the special affinity to the skin, may give the skin directly to guarantee the wet effect

How to use?

Even on now and  front directly spreads wipes to the face, after treats completely absorbs defers to the general maintenance step again.
